How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to messages within one business day - usually much sooner. If something is time-sensitive (an offer deadline, a renewal date), call or text 705.321.9542 and say so.
What should I have ready for our first conversation?
Just the basics: what you're trying to do (buy, refinance, renew), a rough sense of your income and down payment or equity, and any timeline you're working against. Formal documents like pay stubs and tax returns can come later - a first conversation is about your situation, not paperwork.
Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The first conversation is free and there's no pressure to proceed. In most residential cases the broker is paid by the lender, and any exception (such as a private-lending broker fee) is disclosed up front, in writing, before you commit.
Do I have to come to your office?
No. Most of our work happens by call, text, email, and secure document upload, so we help clients all over Ontario without meeting in person. If you'd rather sit down face to face, my office is located at 387 Mapleview Drive West, Barrie.
